Expanding Netherlands headquartered global company with a USA manufacturing plant based in Taylor, Michigan is seeking a full time, professional Sales Engineer with successful B2B sales experience.

Founded in 1897, the company has been successfully designing, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing coffee and espresso equipment for the Office Coffee and Vending market since 1957. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a professional appearance and demeanor, be highly motivated, energetic, customer focused, and have the drive, initiative, and determination to generate new business throughout the United States while nurturing existing customer relationships. This position requires extensive travel domestically with an opportunity for occasional global travel as well. This position reports to the North American Sales Director. Position is based in Taylor, MI.

Duties & Responsibilities
Develop national and sales objectives.
New business development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and supporting service and products.
Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales organization and client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects and existing customers including coaching and training.
Provide account management to an existing territory and develop and expand an effective distribution network.
Prepare sales forecasts and establish objectives.
Plan and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
Prepare sales reports with regards to sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed expansion.
Provide information and feedback to the organization including the research and development team.
Responsible for budget and expense management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
5 to 10 years experience in B2B sales preferably in food vending or concessions equipment.
Experience in international sales with a demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented accountable sales environment.
Solutions-selling experience in the following area's: hardware, software or other technical products.
Ability to prioritize, organize and execute organizational objectives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for 1-on-1 and group sales presentations.
Valid driver's license with no moving violations.
Ability to negotiate and influence cross functionality
Excellent command of the english language required, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software Applications Including Excel and PowerPoint.
Accustomed to frequent travel both domestic and international.
Possess a valid USA Passport
Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work either independently or within a team.

Salary: $60,000+ Based on Experience. Commission plan plus benefits.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
