Lead Maintenance Tech/Maintenance Supervisor
Fast paced apartment community in Taylor, MI seeking lead maintenance technician/maintenance supervisor.
All applicants must have a valid driver's license.
The ideal candidate must be strong in all aspects of property maintenance including but not limited to; plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, grounds, and HVAC. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organization, communication, follow up, and attention to detail.
Must have supervisory experience and at least 5 years apartment maintenance experience. Must live within 20 minutes of property.
