We are seeking a contract consultant to act as an implementation manager supporting our various business units. The incumbent will partner and work directly with key internal stakeholders to optimize and build our applicant tracking system IBM Kenexa BrassRing to ensure a lean process and that the system provides a high level of customer satisfaction to our end users. They will advise our business units on industry best practices and utilize a solutions approach to maximize the applicant tracking software and business processes. The ideal candidate will have an intimate knowledge of the applicant tracking system IBM Kenexa BrassRing, HR strategy, deep business acumen, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to our business units.
Responsibilities
o Support our internal Sr. Talent Management Specialist and vendor IBM with the scoping and design of IBM Kenexa BrassRing Solutions to best meet the business needs of our various companies
o Coordinate and implement software configuration changes for IBM Kenexa BrassRing product as directed by our vendor
o Partner with our vendor Client Service Consultant, pre sales, and technical specialists at each project phase to provide product-level expertise during project implementation
o Manage Projects and Professional service engagements for integrations, custom reports, and customization activities working closely with internal technical teams
o Facilitate regular onsite and conference call meetings while managing overall business unit project plan and action logs
o Provide clear, accurate and prompt communication to internal teams to assure excellent project delivery
o Drive client satisfaction through product and service offering education, and execute all accompanying statements of work, order forms, and demonstrations as needed
Requirements
o Bachelor s Degree
o Proficient organizational and time management skills
o Experience with IBM Kenexa BrassRing Applicant Tracking System
o Experience consulting with internal customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions

o Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with a customer focus. Must be able to foster and maintain sound working relationships with internal clients and peers
o Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization
