McKinley is looking for a motivated and energetic Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team at The Taylor CAO Office located in Taylor, MI! Compensation:
$16.
00 - $18.
00/Hourly Schedule:
Monday - Friday / 8am-12pm Position
Responsibilities:
In this role you will be reporting to the Community Manager at The CAO Office property in Taylor, MI.
As the Office Assistant you will provide assistance to leasing staff and tenants calling the office, provide marketing assistance as needed and general administrative functions.
Performs reception duties for property.
Answering Telephones Filing-Faxing, maintains files Creates Flyers/ Letters Customer Service-Lease Renewals Administers internet marketing information and postings.
Assists in development/implementation/coordination of marketing effort.
Assists in maintaining tenant files Maintains office appearance Assists with Resident Activities Assists and supports office staff as needed Position Requirements:
One to three years related experience and/or training Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant or other Administrative role.
