We are seeking an individual who is passionate about driving results and delivering excellence for our clients.
This individual will be a critical member of our evening janitorial team and will ensure consistent cleaning quality and workmanship.
Candidates should be reliable, trust-worthy, hard-working, detail oriented, and be able to proactively identify and solve problems as they occur.
SHIFT:
6 days per week; on or after 6:
30pm (4 hr shift per evening) LOCATION:
Taylor, MI (Northline and Telegraph) COMPENSATION:
Starting Rate of $16/hr Key
Responsibilities:
Cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing surfaces
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming flooring
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms
Removing trash and replacing liners
Refiling supplies, as necessary
Operating floor cleaning equipment such as walk-behind scrubbers Minimum
Qualifications:
Candidates should be reliable, trustworthy and have a solid work ethic
Have a keen eye for detail and take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Be polite, courteous, and professional
Be well groomed and maintain good personal hygiene
Have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
3-5 years prior janitorial experience in a large-scale commercial setting is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
