00 HourlyJob ShiftDayJob CategoryAutomotiveAs the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for assisting the store manager in leadership of all daily functions of a detail shop location and ensuring outstanding customer service, labor and quality.
You will oversee all employees at the designated location on behalf of the company and report directly to the District Manager and Store Managers.
These employees primarily include detailers and car wash attendants.
Major responsibilities of the position:
Managing day to day operations and work flow within the shop Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently Coaching and developing a team of detailers and car wash attendants Working with your team to complete details Building solid partnerships with our clients and guests Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is delivered consistently Attending monthly management meetings to discuss workforce management and dealer client satisfaction We we offer you:

Qualifications:
