Position Description:
Are you a detail-oriented person who likes to shape technical information into easy-to-understand content for use in proposals? We are looking for a candidate to join our marketing group and work closely with our Industrial, Commercial, and Energy (ICE) market segment to develop and maintain their professional qualifications for use in business development efforts.
The position requires interviewing and working closely with project managers to write descriptions of ongoing and past projects, maintaining ICE qualifications in our marketing database, and supporting proposal development.
We are looking for candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills who can manage and complete multiple ongoing assignments.
As a consulting engineering firm, we win a significant amount of work through a competitive procurement process that requires development of detailed proposals in a short time frame.
Our marketing group supports the varied business development and proposal needs of each market segment.
This position will work closely with our team of 20
market professionals.

Responsibilities include:
Oversee and implement workflows for OpenAsset working closely with Graphic Designers, Proposal Specialists, Area Proposal Managers, and other CRM Specialists Coordinate regular data reviews and updates in OpenAsset Serve as a knowledge resource to marketing staff on OpenAsset and support users as needed Assist with the Unanet CRM maintenance and workflow implementation Work collaboratively with marketing staff to help them find information to support their proposal and presentation efforts when needed Support the development of templates as needed for use in both databases Support other staff with advanced database searches and reporting as needed Maintain a safe working environment Required education:
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, business, history or humanities Desired skills/
Experience:
3 or more years of experience working in a business environment Excellent organizational, facilitation, communication, writing, and editing skills Familiarity with Adobe InDesign preferred Experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Ability to work independently, maintain direction, and complete tasks About Wade Trim:
