As a leader, you'll develop the culture in your store using our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage as a guide.

40-45 per week

The primary way they do this is by personally being a dynamic barista themselves, and by hiring and training other baristas to move with speed and precision to give our customers their favorite drinks as fast as possible.
Taking care of the customer with speedy efficiency and a smile is the path to growth, and that's what we ask our managers to do and train others to do as well.
Responsibilities:
Hire, train, & develop team members and the management team Ensure a quality customer experience through staffing, execution of recipes and techniques, and by providing Scooter's Amazing customer service experience Work with senior management to improve the team member and guest experience Build sales through relationships with guests and the community at large Control expenses to budget metrics Requirements:
Amazing relationship skills Excellent communication Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and administrative skills Ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs 2
years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment Please note, training for this position will take place in Dallas or Omaha for first 4-weeks of employment.
