We have several corporate brands all over the nation.
In our communications center, our dispatches and customer service representatives, book rides, troubleshoot issues and direct the drivers 24/7.
We are looking for upbeat, motivated individuals who can multitask and can perform well under pressure.
Customer service experience is required.
Extensive training will be provided on all communication systems.
Our executive department focuses on our most VIP clients as well as group transportation and large vehicle booking.
Most of our large clients provide detailed itineraries and group manifests.
The ideal candidate for this position will need to be detail oriented with a friendly disposition and willingness to learn.
